The Baby Nursery
The Baby Nursery have their own light and spacious, individually designed
facilities. This includes sleep room, feed kitchen, laundry, changing
facilities and separate rooms for babies at each stage of their development.

The "Paddington Bear" room provides for babies from birth to
six months. The nursery nurse/baby ratio is two to one, ensuring
individual attention at this vulnerable age. Each child has a key
worker who is responsible for ensuring standards of care and wellbeing,
and who is also the main point of liaison with parents.
Babies aged from six months to twelve months are
cared for in "Peter Rabbit" and "Winnie-the-Pooh" rooms.
As babies approach twelve months they are transferred to the
"Lullaby" room. The nursery nurse/baby ratio is three to one. The
babies enjoy a wide range of activities to ensure they are experiencing
learning opportunities.

The "Rising Two" rooms provides for babies aged from eighteen
months to twenty-four months. Areas for quiet and imaginative play,
as well as plenty of space to move around freely, are provided to enhance
and encourage child's confidence and development. Stimulating indoor &
outdoor activities including story time, messy play and sand & water play
are provided throughout the day, in addition to a wide range of toys and
other resources. The children also participate in singing, music & movement
and art & craft.
