Art Music and Drama


                                                            


In addition to the core curriculum, we value Art, Music and Drama as important subjects to engage and inspire pupils in their learning.  Developing skills in these subjects builds pupils' confidence and enjoyment of school life at Meadowpark School.


All pupils have Music lessons as an integral part of the school timetable.  We also encourage all pupils  to take part in school performances to which parents are invited.  

Weekly instrument lessons are offered on an individual basis. Pupils can learn how to play the piano, flute and guitar. 

Speech and Drama is offered to promotes pupils' public speaking skills, communication and self-confidence.

Art, Design and Technology subjects are enjoyed by all pupils during the school day and weekly Art Club and/or Pottery classes are offered after school.  Pupils' art work is given pride of place and displays are plentiful around the school.
