Meadowpark raises money for Children in Need

Pupils in both the school and the nursery dressed up in spots to raise money for the BBC's Children in Need appeal. The school raised £177.50 while the nursery raised £112.66. Well done to everyone who took part. For more photos, please visit our facebook page.

Author visits Meadowpark on World Book Day

Debi Evans, who writes the Secret Adventures of Rollo books, visited Meadowpark for World Book Day. The author talked to the pupils and introduced the dog who inspired the character of Rollo. As part of the World Book Day celebrations, pupils were given the chance to dress up as a character from their favourite book.... Read more

Santa visits Meadowpark

Father Christmas and some of his elves took time out of their busy schedual to visit Meadowpark. During the Nursery Christmas party they met the children and spread some festive cheer. Pupils were also treated to a magic show from Mr Whizz.      

Raising money for Children in Need

Pupils at Meadowpark School and Nursery have been helping to raise money for BBC's Children in Need. In the nursery, children painted pictures of Pudsey, wore spotty clothing and made tasty treats to sell. In the school, pupils sold pudsey accesories and wore their pyjamas!
